Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India

  • International shipping (where applicable)

If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you before processing the order.


Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–9 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery availability depends on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier service availability via Qikink

Kevesta reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-risk orders.


Shipping Delays

Kevesta is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping fees.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kevesta25@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
